NEW USFA CHEST PROTECTOR RULES   IN EFFECT for 2019-20 SEASON!

This now means that chest plates (for foil only) will be checked at control, in addition to masks and gloves.

There was an error in the HS sabre results as originally posted on AskFred following Epee/Sabre 1 on Nov 3, 2019.  The correct people DID fence...the error was in data entry.  The AskFred results have been corrected, and the national office has corrected the new weapon ratings that were earned.

The correct new ratings are:  Henry Hasnah C19, Alen Matsui and Alexander Tippie E19.
